Earlier today I posted a yummy carb-free “cocobomb” desert- That’s what my daughter decided to call them.
So happy so many of you appreciated the post and wanted me to share the recipe:
“COCOBOMBS” – max 10min to make! 🙂
- 150g coconut cream
- 50g coconut oil
- 50g cocoa butter
- add a little ( 1 teaspoon if regular sugar max) of the desired sweetener
Mix all of the above in a pot on low heat and then pour into chosen forms. This will be your bottom layer!
Put the forms into the freezer for ca 30min-1h until frozen so that you can pour the top layer without the bottom melting!
- 20g coconut oil
- 20g cocoa butter
- 2 tablespoons ( or more if one likes it more bitter ) cocoa powder
Melt the above together and drizzle over your now frozen bottom layer. Sprinkle with cocoa beans or nuts of your liking!
If you prefer you can always melt some dark chocolate mixed with coconut cream 😉
