GDANSK – Travel with Kids

It’s family vacation time and we are finally “en route”, road-trip in Europe (still without a car). We have started our journey via Gdansk to visit family. From there we have no idea how or where we go next. Last minute trips are typical for our family and Kinley adapts. I know it can be tricky not to […]

Natalia Summer

Stockholm – Swedish Summer

It’s finally summer and vaycay! I started by celebrating a bit early and had a great work day with a colleague. Uniting work and pleasure can sometimes be the best thing. I also got to spend some time with Kinley in the Byredo store yesterday. My husband and I are seriously crushing on these amazing […]

It’s a Girl

Swedish Fika on traditional plates

Swedish Fika – New York

Swedish Fika

Fika is an ingrained activity in Swedish culture. It has become a somewhat popular concept internationally as well. For those of you who are not familiar with Fika. It is a moment to take a break, often with a cup of coffee, but alternatively with tea, and often times a baked good to pair with it. Most importantly take a moment daily to enjoy life.

From one business meeting to another

I arrived in NYC and had a fun and inspiring meeting with our co-founder Andrea at her new stunning house in Brooklyn. Andrea just moved in but has already the managed to get settled in and the house is stunning. We had a breakfast meeting and Andrea being the wonderful hostess she is, prepared her homemade granola and yogurt for us to Fika once all the important decisions were made. And yes she makes her own yogurt! It was so so yummy I had to get the ingredients so I could share it with you guys!

Andrea’s Fika treat:

Plain Yogurt (prepared in advance or purchased)

Frozen Blueberries

Hemp hearts

Pumpkin seeds

Pumpkin seeds

Sunflower seeds

Swedish Parenting

Stockholm – Easter Witch

Nature and Swedish Parenting Nature is a very important component for Swedish parenting. We believe you raise strong independent children when they are able to explore natural elements by themselves. In Stockholm, Easter is one of the most important holidays of the year. It is the perfect time of year when it starts getting warm enough to […]

Freelance – Work at ATP

Back in Stockholm for some work with ATP. This week I spent some days at their new showroom and office working. It’s  such a great space and inspiring office to work at. The team is great and I really love working with them. We are currently working on the SS18 collection and it’s super exciting. So many nice pieces to come next season!

Got inspired when I saw this orange in a bowl at the office yesterday. Just had to take a pic!

View from my office seat. Love working here, their new built office is so inspiring!
